Balance Beam

The balance beam is one of the most difficult gymnastics apparatuses in women’s artistic gymnastics requiring great concentration and the highest training frequency. Therefore along with the competition balance beams SPIETH has developed a number of training balance beams with an extra soft top upholstery aimed to reduce the peak forces during dismounts and landings. As a result a training frequency with reduced impact on the joints can be achieved.
The balance beams from our “Vario” series, featuring a simple height adjustment by means of a Servolift gas spring and a soft top upholstery, are the ideal training apparatus available both in competition width of 10 cm and in special width of 20 cm for basic training purposes.
